The signups are closed, but can you make an exception?
We have countless numbers of people sending in emails asking to make an exception and allow them in even though the signup is closed. The answer is almost always no.
We only allow extra people in after they win a competition where the prize is an account, or if they have special permission from a member of the development team.
99.9% of the time you will just have to wait until the next signup.
