When you first run FreeWorld, you will see the account login screen
You need to enter your account number (8 digits followed by 4 letters and then another 4 digits) eg. 23212003TOAC3721
Your full name (this IS case sensetive, ie. john smith is not the same as John Smith)
And your email address
This should be identical to the information recieved in your account email
Now click the "Email Verification Code" button
But I don't have my account!
If you don't have your account, go to this page:

If you still can't retrieve it, try contacting support here:

It says my information is incorrect!
Double check you entered it correctly, remember your name is case sensetive
For best results copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) your information from your account email to the login screen

If all goes well:
Usually you will be told to check your email for your verification code
If it dosn't arrive straight away, please wait 10 minutes or so for it to arrive
When you have your verification code:
Copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) the code from your email to the login screen
Click "Login"
It didn't accept my verification code!
Check you copied and pasted it correctly, no extra spaces before or after and all of it has been copied
Note that the code will only work on the same day it was sent to you (by the GMT timezone)

If all goes well:
The login screen will dissappear, and the patcher will start to check your copy of the game is up-to-date
