This lists all party related commands
Commands:
/t <msg> - Send a message to all other players on your party
/party save - Saves the party with the password used to create the party
/party unban <player> - Unban the given player
/party unban - Unban all players from the party
/party password <password> - Changes the password for the party - you MUST be the party founder to do this
/party play cards - Starts a card game with the current party members
